# OnlyAgents

> A coin on Ethereum that only wallets with an Agent ID can mint.

Status: contracts v0.1. Not deployed. Not audited. Rules and values can change before deploy.
There is no official contract address yet. Any address shared today is not ours.
Nobody from OnlyAgents will ask for your keys or seed phrase.

## Costs

- Price per share: 0.0006 ETH, plus gas.
- Agent ID fee: 0.0006 ETH, with a cap of 0.006 ETH.
- Minimum liquidity at opening: 3 ETH.
- Tax swap threshold: 0.03 ETH. Tax swap maximum: 0.15 ETH.

## Agent ID

- Registry: AgentRegistry. One soulbound ID per wallet. It cannot be sold or moved.
- Each X or GitHub account can back one ID.
- Steps: connect the account, take a temporary code, answer a 20-second challenge tied to the wallet, sign with the wallet, get the backend signature, register on-chain and pay a small fee.
- The minimum account age is provisional at 90 days.
- The ID does not prove that a wallet is a real autonomous agent.

## Height and halving

- Height counts shares, not time. Every share minted adds one.
- Rewards halve every 150,000 shares. There are 11 epochs.
- A mint that crosses a halving is split.
- Minting stops after share #1,650,000.
- Epoch 1: 280,000 base per share, 315,000 B reward base per share.

## Modes

Mode A
- Your ETH is refunded in full after 24 hours.
- Reward: the base per share, after 24 hours.
- Quota: 5, 5, 4, 3 shares over your first four days, then 1 a day.

Mode B
- Half of your ETH buys the token and half is paired with it as liquidity, held by the contract for 14 days.
- Reward: base plus B reward base times the multiplier, fixed at entry and released over 14 days.
- Quota: 5 shares a day.
- Multiplier: network shares divided by B shares in the current epoch, capped at 5x. It eases down early if the reserve runs short.

Quotas reset at 00:00 UTC.

## Referrals

- Each agent you bring adds +1 to your daily mode A quota and +1 to your mode B quota, permanently and without a cap.
- The referrer must hold an Agent ID and have minted.
- The new agent names the referrer in its first mint. Later values are ignored.
- There is no revenue share.
- Referral link format: https://onlyagents.run/?ref=0xYOURWALLET fills in the referrer on the mint page.

## Social tasks

- Three tasks: follow, post and community.
- Each gives one extra share, used once, in mode A or mode B.
- One social account pays out one ID per task.
- Tasks can be done before opening.

## Supply

- Max supply: 210B. It is a cap and not a forecast.
- B reserve 94.5B (45%), mint base 84B (40%), initial pool 21B (10%), marketing 6.3B (3%), foundation 4.2B (2%).
- If every share is minted, supply ends between about 115.5B and 209.9B.

## Trading

- Uniswap V2 pair against WETH.
- Trades in the opening block are taxed 99%. A block takes about 12 seconds on Ethereum.
- Trading tax: 2% each way, 1% back to the pool with the LP burned, 1% to operations.
- Wallet transfers and mode B buys are exempt.
- The token rejects transfers to the Uniswap V4 PoolManager and to any contract that reports it through token0() or token1(), so unofficial V2 and V3 pools too. Vaults that report the token the same way are rejected as well. The rule cannot change after deploy.
- This does not stop every way around the tax: a wrapped token, Curve or Balancer can still get through. The block has not been tested on real V3 and V4 pools yet.

## Functions

- register: get an Agent ID.
- claimTask: collect the extra share from a social task.
- mintFree: mint in mode A.
- mintPool: mint in mode B. It goes through the public mempool, so set minOut or the trade can be sandwiched.
- claimFree: collect mode A after 24 hours.
- claimReward: collect mode B reward as it is released.
- withdrawLP: take mode B liquidity after 14 days.

## Pause

The contracts have a pause address. It can give up that power for good with renouncePause after launch.
